Angela brings a rich and diverse professional background to her clinical work. Before becoming a therapist, she spent decades serving individuals and families across healthcare, behavioral health, community mental health, and wellness settings.

Her experience includes working with older adults in integrated primary care, supporting individuals experiencing anxiety and depression, providing therapeutic case management for families in crisis, assisting individuals experiencing homelessness, facilitating support groups, and coordinating care across multidisciplinary teams. She also successfully owned and operated a health and fitness business for more than two decades, giving her a unique appreciation for the connection between physical health, emotional wellness, and overall quality of life.

This breadth of experience allows Angela to understand the many ways life's challenges can affect emotional well-being while offering practical, compassionate support grounded in real-world experience.
